Lisa Milbrand helped a decade’s worth of brides plan perfect weddings as an editor and writer for Modern Bride, before becoming a full-time consultant in 2006.

Lisa’s editorial expertise translated well to the Web, where she has served as content strategist and copywriter on a number of campaigns for clients of OgilvyOne and Publicis Modem. She’s helped revamp old sites, create new ones, and develop e-mail strategies, banner campaigns and other collateral. And she can put together a mean content matrix, too.

Lisa has also kept up with her first love—print. Her first book, The Modern Bride Survival Guide, was published in late 2007.  She has published dozens of articles on everything from the coolest new perks on cruises to potty-training pitfalls, and serves as the “Tricks of the Trade” columnist for Destination Weddings & Honeymoons.
